Hi Vanity and welcome to this forum and site!

I believe the lilies you are referring to are the Orienpet lilies, sometimes called "Tree Lilies" by some vendors. Are they shaded on one side and leaning toward the light? I have used inverted tomato cages on some of mine (I know, somewhat unsightly).

The best fix is to plant them in a spot where they get plenty of sun, then they grow straight up. You would need to wait till fall to move them.
