I picked up this little figurine at a thrift store & would like to do a miniature garden of basically Jesus' last days. I thought I would have Jesus carrying the cross on a road leading to 3 crosses & then have a tomb. I have small pieces of petrified wood & rocks that could be boulders & secondary accent pieces. Any ideas on plants to bring the three "scenes" together?

Something similar for the 3 crosses & tomb. I think this is regular grass but I want something else, like maybe irish moss, thyme, or creeping rosemary. Maybe juniper.
If it looks good enough, I was thinking about giving it to my pastor & his wife but not sure yet. I thought I would get one of those large saucers for pots & drill drainage holes. I'm not sure if it would be indoors or outdoors but probably outdoors unless it was raining heavy or winter. Tips & ideas appreciated!!
