'Gold Drop' is a hybrid of venusta x 'August Moon'. I've had it since 2005. It is registered as a mini hosta, though I've never thought of mine as "mini". It has heart shaped, thick chartreuse leaves. Mine tends to start out more green and become a bit more chartreuse during the season. Some year I should try a second division in different light conditions. Please feel free to share your pictures of this hosta. I'm posting just one picture because mine is under a very messy Linden tree and it's difficult to find a time when it isn't covered with debris from the tree.
