Hi Tiffany! So, did you enjoy St. Augustine? It's one of my favorite cities; my husband and I used to spend weekends there years ago and ride our bicycles all over town. It's really beautiful during the winter months during the festival of lights when every building and the Bridge of Lions is all lit up!

I agree, the variegated leaf plants look like Variegated Shell Ginger (Alpinia zerumbet 'Variegata')

The palms may be Wild Date Palm (Phoenix sylvestris)

At first I thought the tall purplish-brown leaf plant might be a variety of Cordyline but upon closer view, it might be a Bromeliad, maybe Aechmea or Vriesea.
