I am hoping someone can help me out with multiple symptoms I am seeing on an umbrella tree I just purchased and brought home about 2 weeks ago. It started with a white, powder like coating on some of the lower leaves, this then shifted to actual black spots and even what looks like a hole where perhaps a pest had a snack. There is also yellowing of the leaves that have the black spots/pinpoint circles. I have attached many photos here - any and all advice, diagnosis, treatment ideas are much appreciated!!!
