Ever since I planted my champaka in the ground, the plant is growing with lots of new leaves. However, the leaves are different from the original glossy & firm form, rather they are velvet and soft. Though there are continual new leaves coming up, the leaves yellow and drop at a fast rate too. Besides, it's not flowering anymore. I plant it under full sun and the water drainage is good and there is no sight of pest. The situation has been a year. May I know what could be the problems please? Thank you.
