These ones are at about 4 weeks of growth. This bed is quite shaded and the soil takes some time to warm up in the spring so they are not quite as far along as some in the warmer parts of my yard, although all mine seem to be up a bit earlier with the more moderate winter we had this year. Martagon leaves are quite wide and they are arranged in whorls, different from other lilies. Mine bloom here usually later in June, or beginning of July depending on the weather conditions. If your bulbs are newer they may not bloom this year; they take some time to settle in. Here us a pic from last year- this is the smaller plant in the two pics I posted earlier.
