I'm not sure what that is but if it has no roots and no leaves, the only thing supporting flowers is the energy stored in the stem. If the stem is putting all its efforts into growing a flower before it dies its not growing roots or leaves. Unless there is a lot of energy stored in that stem, your cutting is doomed.
