When repotting Easter cactus make sure soil is in a cactus mix. Not regular soil! For healthy drainage. I have my cactus facing Eastside of our home. Not in direct sunlight! I use compost tea with worm castings! Get for new growth and next year blooms! I agree cactus need room to grow any they love to be dry, too! Watch segments and leaves for shrinkage that means to water and plumb leaves is a happy plant Hurray!
