When repotting Easter cactus make sure soil is in a cactus mix. Not regular soil! For healthy drainage. I have my cactus facing Eastside of our home. Not in direct sunlight! I use compost tea with worm castings! Get for new growth and next year blooms! cactus need room to grow any they love to be dry, too! Watch segments and leaves for shrinkage that means to water and plumb leaves is a happy plant
