My potato plants have been looking great since February. Last week I noticed several turning yellow and I thought it may be from a lack of water. But now it has spread and most of them are yellow and or dying. I think it may be bugs? Underneath the plants I saw some ants and some tiny roundish black bugs about the size of a pinhead. Maybe I have more than one thing going on here? Can someone tell me what is wrong? Thank you
