Knowing where you are located would be helpful -- in my experience, radishes actually grow better when the weather is somewhat on the cool side, and not all that well when it gets really hot. And, they definitely need plenty of water, and - like root crops in general - prefer a fairly loose soil for the best growth. Smiling
