Ozark Beauty strawberries are a small, sweet ever-bearing strawberry. They need a lot of mulch around them or planted in rows covered with black plastic. This will keep the roots warm; weeds down; and conserves moisture. If there is a freeze coming, spray the plants and blooms with a fine mist of water. The ice that forms will protect the plants and blooms. Pick the fruit frequently; the more you pick, the more blooms and fruits are produced. Plant the suckers for next year's crop.

These strawberries are very sweet and taste great, but have a short shelf life. Freeze or preserve the fruit to store past the growing season.
