I grow it, but it's in a hanging basket out of the reach of the dog. I've read about its toxicity, but when it comes to houseplants the list gets long, pretty quick on those that can cause reactions in dogs, cats, and even humans. I'm aware, but have never had a problem having pets with the plants. That's not a large number of pets, though, because my pets have not had big turnover and so perhaps the ones I've had just were ones that naturally left the vegetation alone. Or just had a preference for my water hoses and shower curtains Big Grin .
