I am assuming your dog has free run of the yard and garden? I keep my dogs on a leash and walk them only where it is acceptable for them to pee on things but that may not be realistic for everyone. Rather than resort to an electric fence (yikes!) how about just a short, decorative fence to surround the plants you care about? That would look nice and do a good job of protecting your plants while you re-train your dog with a tasty chicken treat. Thumbs up
