If none of these suggestions were close matches, is there a practical way for you to take a digital photo and copy it to your PC? After that, it's quite easy to add that photo to your post. While typing the message, click "Upload an image", browse to the location where you saved it on your PC, and wait a few seconds.

My guess is that would get a firm ID very quickly.
