I have ordered from them and they are a good company.
I usually do not order early unless it is something I have wanted and it is rare that I will not find it cheaper locally or buy them at a bigger discount later. I am cheap.
If they are common daffodil, tulips etc. and you know where you want to plant I would dig the area in fall and order later in the Fall when they are offering 40 -50 percent off.
When the bulbs arrive you will have everything ready to just drop the bulbs in quick.
This is what I have done. I gather up all those plastic grocery store bags. Go out and dig the dirt out of the hole and put the soil in the plastic bag and put the bag of soil in the hole. Lift the bag, drop the bulb, dump the bag of soil.
