Last year I bought several (about five) new plants. BELL FLOWER TUSSOCK I love these plants as I always had good luck with them abudantly flowering all summer. The foilage looks great but there is absolutely no buds! I live in mid Iowa and thought they would be blooming or showing signs of buds. I think my old plants only lasted about five years. Last year the new ones bloomed. They are in a part sun 6 hr. Morning but like I said notrouble getting blooms with my ol'plants!
