This was posted yesterday on Nextdoor, a website for neighborhoods to keep in touch. I thought @chris1948 might enjoy it! We're experiencing lots of fawn sightings here. This guy took a humorous approach to an annual problem.

Man-Eating Deer on the Prowl 1Day Ago

Ok; maybe I'm exaggerating. A little. But it came up to our driveway where six loud humans were talking, circled us, then attacked my dog before I scared it away. Then it came back and I scared it away again. About fifteen minutes later I went out to walk my dog, and the deer was back and stalked us down the street till I scared it away again. It bolted down the street and I thought it was gone for good. I finished my walk and got back to my house, and — bwahaha — there it was again! WTH?? I scared it away, but now I'm convinced the deerpocalyse is upon us.

[Oh. I did see a little tiny baby much earlier in the day. We theorize the deer has it stashed somewhere nearby, or perhaps lost it and thinks my dog ate it.]
