Steve, you should plant them now. The bulbs you received are preconditioned with a winter chill and are all set for Spring planting. It is a little late but that should not be a problem. Plant in a sunny location in well drained soil. Avoid low spots and wet spots. Afternoon light shade is acceptable. Plant the bulbs about 2 and 1/2 times deep as they are large. For most lily bulbs that works out to about 5 to 6 inches deep. Water in thoroughly once immediately after planting. Place some light mulch over the area to help keep soil cooler and to hold moisture level. Do not water again until they come up. You can apply light application of fertilizer like 10-10-10 once they come up if you wish. And, that's about it. Don't forget to mark the spot with a garden ID tag so you don't step on them next Spring. Good Luck!
