I grow lots of aloe, not because I do anything with them, but because they just grow like weeds. If I saw leaves like yours, I would immediately think that I am either badly under watering it or that the root ball is so dried out, that whatever water there is, is simply running straight through the potting media without truly wetting the roots.

Soak the entire pot, just up to the lip, in a basin of water for 20-30 minutes. Then let it drain and keep the plant in a shaded but bright light area. Do not allow it to get any sun until the leaves plump back up, unless it is early morning or very late afternoon sun.
