It seems in need of water, looking at the media, I would carefully unpot, check the roots, loosen the soil with some more perlite or pumice. Then repot, water thoroughly, put it is a part shade area outdoors and see see if it improves from there. If it plumps up well, you can then put it in better light and warmth access, it enjoys the warm outdoors.
