I really don't know how you all can ID a plumeria. There are literally 1,000's of named plumeria. It is so hard to make a match. Then with each new seedling someone comes along and names another? And another? And another? Take the list of plumeria for sale at the local NPA Sale this Saturday. All those names, none match up to the Plumeria of the Day that Hetty posts. Do they all have to be registered or...just named? Can they sell them by name if not registered? The ones you want are often really hard to find.
