You can't have too many viburnums..

Your first (red) one looks like a Physocarpus opulifolius - Eastern Ninebark. You should post some additional pictures of this plant from other angles.

Your second plant looks like one of the shrubby dogwoods - Cornus sp. Again, show some more pictures of the plant - whole plant, individual plant part closeups, etc. - so that more individual determination might be made.
