I don't think it is any type of carnation. These girls have all been in the floral business for a long time and I am sure they would know if there was one that looked like that. They would snap it up and use it frequently.
I will share the Godetia possibility with them and see what she thinks.
I believe the stems are gone now but will check and see if better pics are available.
