Hi Sabrina.
I normally root my florist rose cuttings indoors in transparent plastic cups so that I can see when they send out roots. As you have them in the ground you are just going to have to wait and see. I think it is a bit early to think that they have already rooted and that new growth you are seeing is probably just from the reserves in the stem. Indoors under in a controlled environment I have had florist cutting root within a month. Another thing, if they do root and start growing I don't think you should try and transplant them too early because you could damage the tender roots. Good luck!
