I agree, your lovely plant is a
Wax Plant (Hoya carnosa) You may detect fragrance from those blooms in the evening and at night. Many Hoyas are deliciously fragrant; they attract night pollinators (moths, etc.) so the fragrance is usually highest at night. Also, as Daisy stated, once the blooms drop, Do Not prune or cut off the peduncle (some call it a bloom spur), it's shaped like a tiny microphone and it's where future blooms will form.
