This bush is about 6 years old. It has needed minimum maintenance - basically benign neglect and annual pruning. It generally produces three sets of blooms June thru December.
The attached photo shows sickly leaves, which are on most, but not all of the bush. The latest growing twigs look good.
Can someone diagnose and suggest appropriate treatment ?
