This was given to me last year (along with another that the Road Crew so lovingly cut down to about 10") after it was done blooming. We are very impressed with it! Such a pretty hot pink burst to contrast a small area. I need to get some better pictures of it, I just hastily snapped this one walking down to the creek earlier and wanted to share it. The paler pink are ones that have been bloomed out a few days, but the first couple of days the new blooms are bright, hot pink. Maybe this one, or something similar? Rose (Rosa 'Neon')
