I have tried many things to keep up with my "stuff".... Cell phone, pencil. Note pad. And the like and the thing I keep going back to is just a simple nail pouch. The light weight one. I can put everything in it without it being to heavy. I also use index cards to make my notes for the day then I can file the cards. It works great for me.
