This tree is in another yard spreading little versions of itself all the way into my garden! I know very little of trees as I work with succulents primarily haha. I'm having real trouble identifying this unique leafed tree.
Central California. The leaves and stem have a very light peach fuzz texture. Tree is in shade with part sun. Little off shoot plants have bright green leaves. Let me know if I should include more photos.
