I love Tranquil Waters too. Scapes are about 38 inches here. Not one bloom has hung up for me this Spring. Bud count is not high, but in the normal range. It is rather slow to increase but worth it. I look forward to seeing this one every year. I have grown it about 5 yrs. I have made some crosses with it just a couple days ago, hoping for some seed pods.
