Yes, only lilies, but not only martagons. Asiatics, too. It seems not to happen until the buds mature past the hard green stage, so it's too soon to tell on OTs and orientals. Another thing is that foliage seems not to be affected at all. Just the lovely buds! And it's not confined to just one clump or corner but is popping up everywhere. My garden's very small of course, but still.

Another weird thing, which may not be related at all, is that I did find some yucky poopy (not to be too scientific about it) looking stuff on a couple of lilies, on leaves pretty high up. One bit definitely looked like some kind of rodent dropping. The other stuff was different. Hard to describe. Kind of lumpy, slimy, sticky, brown, a little shiny, raisin-sized.
