I can't see any signs of insect or disease.
I would pull it out of the pot and see what is doing in the root zone. You can be quite surprised, I certainly have been, several times. If it was overwatered or otherwise too wet one time, it can lose a lot of roots. Then there isn't enough root to support the plant.
Plant it and they will come.
