Look closely at the picture I posted. Blow it up. You can see two lines of screws on either side of the middle planter. That's where the 2x2s are on the bottom...
Notice there is no line down the middle of the middle planter. I spaced my "feet" too far apart, and that middle planter eventually fell through. Should've put a 2x2 under that one.
