Btw.. for ordering plugs from Richter's, I suggest the 12 packs over the trays of 120. The packs are propagated over winter and are very well rooted and established by the time the planting season rolls around. The trays are planted to order, and allowed 6-8 weeks to establish, then shipped. I ordered Alpine Strawberry and Double Chamomile in trays. They arrived in poor condition: many plants were dislodged and loose soil was everywhere. This was in no way Richter's fault, the package was handled like a football. The customer service representative was super helpful though. I was appropriately refunded and sent replacement plants.

These are the 12 packs they replaced my plants with. This time I went with 'Treneague' the non flowering variety to make a no mow lawn in my English garden.

Overall, Richter's is awesome and I'll order from them again. But if you want to avoid the possible grief, skip the trays.
