Aww, maybe it is thirsty?? Some of my upright growing succulents did that, not a Plumeria though and are planted in containers and a thorough deep watering perked them up.

It is into summer, and maybe it wants more water now. But you got better humidity and rainfall than we do here when it is just bone dry.
