You can't have too many viburnums..

Absolutely Euonymus fortunei, and a very difficult exotic invasive to eliminate. Pull early and often, and expect resprouts regularly. Birds distribute the seeds in their droppings, so if it is growing anywhere nearby you'll likely find them returning.
