Becky, I think you are going to find that rebloom often depends on temperatures and amount of rain. We have been very dry and rebloom has been sparse in my garden, plus the plants look like they have been blow torched. When the spring is wet and cooler temperatures linger, every daylily I have reblooms 2-4 times. This has been the third year in a row that the daylilies have suffered with excessive heat and little rain. This fall I will empty 2 of my 6 boxes and replace the daylilies with something else. I've had daylilies for the past 40 years, I am just tired of dealing with them.
