Prairie Nursery offers seeds in bulk including Agastache foeniculum. It seems to me that before making a big investment in any seed type a test should be made to make sure the particular plant will grow well. For instance a meadow is not a place to plant any of the western type Agastaches, they simply won't survive. Eastern types like foeniculum and scrophulariifolia probably will. I find them super nectar plants for butterflies and bees.
