It is an Aeonium but not tabuliforme, which is low and flat (like a plate on the ground) with no stem to speak of.

Aeoniums tend to be hard to identify and many of the plants in cultivation are hybrids or cultivars instead of species. Wait until the fall (Aeoniums do most of their growing from fall through spring, going dormant-ish in the summer) and you may have a better idea what to call it, but even then it's mostly guesswork for a non-expert. Try to provide as much light indoors as possible. Aeoniums are not good indoor plants without hours of daily sun.
