That's fantastic! What do you use to put that together? Since you put this in C/S forum, I'm guessing that's the kind of plant you're mostly "into?"
I've done various things over the years to "keep track" of my plants but after discovering "my plant list" here on this site, it's become my primary facility for that. I can add notes, sort plants into various sub-lists, and indicate whether I actually have it, want it, if I want to trade it. It's so handy!
I also use Facebook albums to track the growth of some plants over time, or areas of my yard.
