Hi Fred,
Scroll to the bottom of the dialog box and push the tab "Upload an Image". Then find the image you want to upload and "open" it. Wait patiently while that happens - it could take a minute. Your image will appear as a line of letters and numbers in your dialog box (there may be several blank lines between your text and your photo).
To look at the photo you uploaded, "Preview".
