I'm not sure your plant is an aloe, it could be a Gasteraloe (hybrid). In any case, some plants are solitary, others make occasional offsets, and a few are pup factories. You have to wait and watch to know what your plant is going to do. It certainly looks like it's doing well. You might consider upping the pot size at some point in the near future. But keep doing whatever you're doing, because the plant looks to be thriving.
