Hi Lindsey, sorry don't know either what causes that damage on your Nepenthes. I have not encountered that in mine, usually I just get the usual drying out on the oldest lower leaves, and then it is done, but new leaves form from the top, so life goes on.
In the meantime, just observe a bit more, and see if it is spreading on the other leaves. Maybe it is just old damage.
