Blessings plumeria lovers,

Another saddness and disappointment. My 2 plumerias and 1 fig tree have all come down with webbs. The windows of the abbey are all closed shut so where do these mites/webs come from.
I have had my Singapore pink dwarf plumeria for 3 years now. Have had 3 inflos that all dried up.
The general pattern os that I get a bush lush with greeh foliage and then suddenly yellow leaves with webs.
I spray them, wash them and yet....what to do.
I am convinced by trial and error that neem oil kills my plants.
Am running on low but battery is still going.
I am a 82 year old priest and want to see a plumeria grow before I go home to God.
In 1954, Molokai Hawaii the leper colony had plumeria abundant.
Please help.
Fr.Damien 'Marie
