I would love to know some of the older ones that have the high bud counts. I was out measuring some of my scapes and counting the buds the best I could and was shocked to see they had such low bud counts, even though some of those plants have been excellent performers. So I guess bud count is not necessary for a plant to really perform well, the number of scapes it sends up can make up for the lack of high bud count.
