I recently had a similar thing happen with a daylily that I had purchased from Woodhenge. Once I realized that it wasn't Pumpkin Time, I emailed them with pictures inquiring about what it was. They went above and beyond, first apologizing profusely and then identifying what it was and since they no longer had Pumpkin Time, they also had me pick out another daylily upto an amount that was way way more than what I had originally paid. Within a few days I had my new plant (another Bud builder) plus another bonus plant!!!!!
They too have gotten a rave review on our Green Pages and I will definitely look to do business with them again.
