I'm guessing it could be Red Root Pigweed aka Amaranthus retroflexus but that's only a guess.
yeah I know, I've learned my lesson). Of course I didn't know that it wasn't what I wanted until after they had grown. But I did know that it wasn't what I wanted. Here are pictures of the seeds.
