Planted vinca the year before last but not this year ! The area this year has volunteer vinca that is coming up ! Last year I saw no seed pods or any seeds on the plants so how the new vinca is coming up I don't know! Last fall I pulled the old vinca up so I am baffled as to the new crop of flowers if no seeds! Do the vinca have roots that not all come out of the ground ? No other vinca in any area near my flower garden ! Please someone have an idea? Cold winters here in Missouri so whatever is in the ground still came up in June!
