i found a several piles of white bulbs on the top of the soil/ 1 cm deep . They are 1/2 to 1cm in size, look like a small white onions. Each pile would have like 50-100 small bulbs. i found them in abandoned garden in July. they didn't have any roots nor leafs. i believe it is something from onion family and the flower clusters fell on the ground from which these piles would develop.
Any advice what this plant could be and could it be poisonous? i plan to give it a try in autumn and see what comes out in spring.
many thanks,
Helena
